• November 3, 1998: Computers Universal Inc. incorporated in the state of Nevada
• March 29, 1999: Signed a business evaluation non-disclosure agreement with Century Technologies
• April 14, 1999: Signed a business development Memorandum of Understanding with Century Technologies
• May 1999: Began developing business opportunities with Dept. of Defense at Yongsan Army Garrison Seoul, Korea. Bid on and won a contract to support the 227th Maintenance Battalion. The contract was cancelled prior to CUI starting the task because of an Army funding issue
• June 1999: Began developing business opportunities with the Dept. of the Army at Camp Humpreys, Korea
• July 1999: Signed a consulting contract with Adtech Systems Inc. to support the United States Air Force at Osan Air Base, Korea
• September 1999: Signed a subcontracting agreement with SMF Systems Inc. to provide support to the United States Army at Camp Humphreys
• November 1999: Signed an agreement to bid on the Millenia Lite contract with Century Technologies
• January 2000: Awarded a contract by the Veterans Administration to provide web development services for the E-Health Innovation Center in Hawaii
• April 2000: Awarded a contract by GSA to provide support to the Seventh Air Force Korean Air Simulation Center
• May 2000: Millennia Lite contract vehicle awarded to CACI. Computers Universal Inc. is a sub on this Contract Vehicle
• June 2000: Computers Universal Inc. is awarded a GSA Schedule to provide IT Services
• August 2000: Awarded a contract to provide Program Management support to the Joint Interagency Task Force
• October 2000: Computers Universal Inc is awarded a follow on contract to provide LAN Admin Support to the US Army at Camp Humphreys, Korea
• December 2000: Computers Universal Inc. is certified as a Small Economically Disadvantaged 8(a) Business by the SBA
• June 2001: Computers Universal Inc. is awarded a contract to provide services to Joint Interagency Task Force in Thailand
• October 2001: Computers Universal Inc. is re-awarded a contract to provide LAN Admin Services to the US Army at Camp Humphreys, Korea
